We’re celebrating that the adoption consents were signed by the birth parents yesterday. That was the last big hurdle in this process. There will be a court hearing in a few months to make it official but it’s a done deal at this point.
Tanner is doing great. At his doctor appointment yesterday he was already back up to his birth weight and in perfect health. We are so loving this little guy…he’s a very good baby. We’re tired but overjoyed.
Thank you once again for praying alongside us and for praising God with us for His faithfulness. Who knows where God will take you when you trust him with reckless abandon.

So wonderful! What a miracle for your son to have been born so healthy and what a blessing for the adoption to be finalized! As the mom of five adopted children and two birth children, I love to read adoption stories that show God’s faithfulness.
